Poleski Art Center (Poleski Ośrodek Sztuki) - is a local government cultural institution, it has legal personality, acts in its own name and on its own account. The main area of our activities is the city of Łódź. Nevertheless, we cooperate with many stakeholders and partners from Poland and abroad.

As a local art center, it is operate on many different fields: cultural and social; also develop the field of informal education of adults and youth through culture. he strategy is based on the policy of the Culture Department of the City of Lodz Office. His mission and main goal is to build a cultural community and educate people through artistic activities. We have a heart for art - this is one of our slogans, which is a description of our mission, strategy and relation with the participants of our activities. Poleski Ośrodek Sztuki has 5 branches operating in various fields of art and culture for various target groups.

POS - the main institution: deals with education through culture, aesthetic and artistic education of adults and youth, implements international projects, disseminates art and culture, organizes meetings with artists, concerts, educates educators, conducts theater workshops, organizes festivals - International Open Air of Wicker Forms and Land Art, International Biennial Theater Meetings "Therapy and Theater"), courses and workshops.

Teatr Szwalnia - is a place combining the functions of a chamber theater, gallery, workshop center, and a small concert stage. The aim of the theater is to broaden the educational and cultural offer of the city of Łódź, present the most interesting phenomena of contemporary culture, artistic and educational work addressed to Łódź youth, children and adults, as well as conduct research as part of artistic searches. Here we also work with excluded people: refugees, immigrants, people living in poverty, etc.).

Poleski Art Center, branch "Karolew" runs the Center of Active Senior 60+, where a variety of activities are held: movement and dance, theater, active music therapy classes, handicraft workshops, computer courses and English language learning

Punkt Odbioru Sztuki Gallery organizes exhibitions of well-known artists of contemporary art in Poland and abroad as well as debutants

Folk Dance Group "Harnam": teaching folk dance, creating events, organizing concerts and performances, taking care of the heritage of dance, working with children, youth and adults, and activities for intergenerational groups
